Why Hypnosis Works & Why it doesn’t

Submitted by admin on Sunday, 7 March 2010No Comment

Hypnosis is a state everyone falls in and out of – when your day dreaming as a young child, your in a state of hypnosis – when your seemingly lost in thought, your in a state of hypnosis – only thing is, the hypnosis we use today, is consciously using it as a tool – why?

To access the subconscious part of your mind – this part of the mind is responsible for controlling vital and not so vital functions of the body; things you do not “think” to do, such as heart beat, hormone and even blood flow towards certain areas of the body.

If you can access this powerful part of the mind – you can make changes from directing blood flow to your hair follicles to increase hair growth to healing from diseases.

The only thing I must mention, hypnosis is most powerful if you are using multiple dimensions to work with you – in other words, using the mind, body & Spirit.

The mind aspect covers things such as positive mind frame to the very act of using hypnosis – the body aspect covers things as healthy diet and nutrition and even exercise – the spirit aspect is the meditation you do (which clears your mind from any thoughts you do not wish to have).
